These terms apply to your use of autosavercars.co.nz and to any vehicle, finance, trade-in, or insurance enquiry you make through this site. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Information accuracy

We do our best to keep vehicle listings accurate. Stock can change at any time, and prices, kilometres, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Pricing shown excludes on-road costs unless explicitly stated, and any indicative finance figures are estimates only. Final terms depend on lender credit approval.

Sale of vehicles

Our sales are governed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003 where applicable. We are a registered motor vehicle trader. The sale contract you sign at the yard is the binding document; nothing on this website constitutes an offer of sale.

Finance & insurance

Where we facilitate finance or insurance, we act as an introducer to a panel of third-party lenders and brokers. Approval, terms, and rates are set by those providers, not by Autosaver Cars. Indicative figures shown on the site (for example the “from $X/wk” calculations) are illustrative only.

Site use

You agree not to use this site in any way that breaches the law, infringes on another person's rights, or interferes with how the site works. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time.

Intellectual property

The site content (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Autosaver Cars Ltd or used under licence. You may share links to pages, but please don't copy or republish content without our permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.
